We ship to Italy and most European countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, etc.). Exact delivery costs and times vary based on the country selected in the region selector at the top of our homepage.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
3. How can I modify or cancel an order I just placed?
To change or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately via the live chat or through our contact form before the order is processed by our warehouse.
4. What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
We recommend accepting the package "under reserve" from the courier and taking photos right away. Then, contact our support team to start the replacement process.

This is our premium, flagship hairstyling kit. It is engineered as a true alternative to the traditional blow-dry, designed to completely rewrite your style.
12. Do you sell displays for hair salons?
Yes, we offer professional plexiglass displays designed to elegantly hold and showcase 3, 4, or up to 7 hairbrushes on your salon counter.
